High Density Filter

Unlike more ordinary dust filters, the high-density filter captures even the finest dust particles in the air, providing up to 80% cleaner and healthier air.

Photocatalytic Filter
It eliminates formaldehyde and other volatile organic compounds (VOCs), as well as odors and harmful gases.

Silver Ion Filter
The silver-ion filter effectively removes bacteria and viruses through the action of silver ions on their cell structure, destroying their cell wall.

Bio Filter (HEPA)
The HEPA filter consists of a special biological enzyme and an eco-filter. The eco-filter traps very small dust particles from the air and neutralizes fungi, bacteria, and microbes. The biological enzyme, in turn, destroys bacteria by breaking down their cell wall, thereby eliminating the problem of re-contamination.

i-Clean
The self-cleaning function, which uses an improved algorithm upgrading standard self-cleaning, is called i-Clean. It alternates between cooling and heating modes to ice and defrost the indoor unit's heat exchanger. This achieves a much better cleaning result and eliminates many more harmful organisms. This function runs twice as long as ordinary self-cleaning – about 30-35 minutes.

Heater at the bottom of the outdoor unit
The Midea AGN-09N8D1-IH/X2AGN-09N8D6-OH Xtreme Heat Nordic Inverter Air Conditioner, 9000 BTU, Class A+++ features an electric heater at the bottom of its outdoor unit, with a power of 120W, which prevents condensate from freezing at negative temperatures. The heater turns on and operates for 5 minutes every 25 minutes of the air conditioner's operation in heating mode if the outdoor temperature is below 3°C.

Compressor Heater
There is also an electric heater on the air conditioner's compressor, with a power of 20W. It ensures a much easier start-up of the air conditioning system on cold days. The heater turns on 1 hour after the compressor stops or when the air conditioning system is powered from the electrical grid if the outdoor temperature is below 1°C.

Low-Temperature Kit
The low-temperature kit allows the air conditioner to operate in cooling mode at an outdoor temperature of -15°C.
