* Outside cities where we have retail outlets, transport is charged – 0.90 €/km, with the distance calculated to our nearest retail outlet.
** A free inspection is performed only when purchasing an air conditioner from our range. A visit by an authorized person costs 47 €, which will be deducted from the price of the item upon purchase. The specified price applies to 1 address /per site or household - up to 4 air conditioners/.

STANDARD / FREE INSTALLATION INCLUDES:

• One wall opening for piping
• Installation of indoor unit
• Installation of outdoor unit
• Piping + insulation + banding - up to 3 linear meters connection between the two units
• Communication and power cable up to 3 linear meters
• Drainage hose for water drainage - up to 3 linear meters
• Brackets – L-shaped – 1 set
• Fasteners
• Vacuuming
• Start-up of the air conditioning system
• Brief client instruction on operation

* Lifting of air conditioner, materials, and tools by elevator.

** Installation work on exterior facade - up to 3m.

*** Activities and additional materials not listed will be calculated additionally, according to the current price list.

**** The use of additional equipment and lifting machinery is NOT included in the standard installation.

* For all services outside the listed price list, an additional price will be calculated, according to the specific site.

**Customer materials and accessories are not installed (anti-vibration pads, condensate pans, PVC ducts, etc.), but if the customer insists, services are paid according to the current price list and the company is not responsible for future problems with them! (prices above are for labor) 

***If a boom lift is required for installation – the cost of renting the boom lift is fully paid by the client and is according to the company's current price list.

****Connecting WiFi modules to the home network is the client's responsibility.

Recommendations

Air conditioning system installation is a mounting activity that involves drilling walls and leads to dust. This is not a problem in premises where renovations are ongoing, but in finished homes, it can cause some discomfort for the owners.
Our advice is to prepare the room for the installation activity by following these steps:
– Cover the floor and furniture with construction plastic sheeting.
– Remove anything that might hinder the air conditioner installation at your chosen location – shelves, tall cabinets, racks, etc.
– If necessary, secure or move fragile interior elements.
– It is important to ensure access to the wall where the indoor unit will be mounted to facilitate installation.
Our installation teams always clean the floor with a vacuum cleaner after installation, but fine dust is a challenge for any appliance and would be difficult to clean from furniture.

For the safety of our installers, it is not recommended to use shoe covers. They are made of a material that can lead to serious accidents involving slipping and falling during installation work inside and outside the home. If the flooring in the rooms where the air conditioner will be installed is laminate, parquet, or another type of wood, please protect it with cardboard, plastic sheeting, or another type of material to prevent damage to its surface.

The first step, the first step you should take when installing an air conditioning system, is to determine the location of the unit's components. Several different types of air conditioning systems exist on the market, but in general, the basic principle of their arrangement is the same. Correct positioning of the indoor and outdoor unit is of paramount importance. Incorrect installation of the indoor unit can lead to reduced efficiency, increased noise levels, and drafts in the room.
